I got my cartilage peirced and its swallon, help?

I got it pierced three days ago and its become read and swallon. I've been using tcp, saloon spray and saltly water to clean. Im not sure what's best! But I'm cleaning it morning and night. Is the swelling normal? Is the redness normal? How should I clean it?
