How do I get my hair like this?

Well if you want your hair exactly like that as in the cut I'd go get it done. But if you want the style it looks like she parted her hair to the side and straightened her bangs and the two front pieces on both sides of her head. Then she teased the top of her hair all the way around so it looks big and messy. Then you just scrunch it. Get it wet and scrunch it. Then add mousse, gel, and hairspray and scrunch some more.(:
