A cop pulled me out of the car for no reason without reading me my miranda rights then arrested me?

me and my boyfriend were arguing in the car a cop pulls up and gets in the middle of it puts his ******* arm in my window to open the door next thing you know he pulls me out of the vcar by my legs i tryed pulling my legs back repeating i can get out my self he arrest me and now i got court for assulting a offcer and resitsting arrest i have bruses all over me and he never read my miranda rights to me meanwhile the whole ride down there he repeativly tells me i will bust your ******* head *****? i need help what will happn to me at court
