What Movie Was Miranda Cosgrove Supposed to be In?

I remember a movie (coming out this year or next year) about magical beings. Like the tooth fairy, santa claus, the sand man, etc. Miranda Cosgrove was supposed to be the tooth fairy, but they replaced her with someone else. I think they replaced her with a girl from Sucker Punch.
