Car drives fine but it seems like engine heats up more than it should (does not overheats though)?

and this warms up the saloon quite a bit. Also, when it heats up it feels stuffy in the saloon - something is leaking and burning? Oil seems fine. Radiator fluids seem to not be leaking. Any ideas?
