Can you suggest a diet plan that would help me lose around 10 kg's of weight?

There is no quick fix you just have to exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet. Cut out junk food from your regular diet, it is still ok as a treat but that means once maybe twice a month definitely not every week. You should also cut out sugary fizzy drinks because they are full of calories and will make you windy anyway. You should eat grains and pulses as part of your diet and try to reduce white bread, pasta and any refined sugar. try googling some healthy recipes and set out a meal plan based on the foods that you enjoy eating.
