Would this guy lose his feelings for me over the summer break?

He has shown me signs over the year but were both too shy to make the first move, I missed my chance of telling him I like him on the last day of school because he takes the bus so he left right away. I don't have his contact and he's never on Facebook or anything. would he lose his feelings for me next year or would he still like me ?
