Is the UK a friendly place to live?-Tourists and the English only , please(:?

If your going to an inner-city school that is not private (Eg - Suburbs or cental London), and you have an american accent.....then maybe thats a bad idea. Chavs, hahah just stay away from them, they arnt all rasict, but you can tell one a mile off by the way they dress and talk. Also about schools, most students run riot throughout 90% of secondary schools. Nightclubs are 18 unless you have a fake ID.
