Knight bus - Why doesn't it just appear where it needs to stop?

Well, in order to make it just appear somewhere, they'd have to apparate/disapparate with it. I doubt any witch or wizard could apparate something that big. Maybe Dumbledore could. But he has better things to do, haha.
