Women faces slashed in Delhi Bus. Are others in the bus accountable?

its very sad news , it shows that there is no security for the women in this society . though many talks about women right and freedom , yet there are many assaults on women are still happening . i wondering what the men are **** doing when that incident happened , even driver himself watching that quietly . these people again proved that what ever happens we do anything just watch . stupid people . .
