Proton MPI 1994 Window Regulator?

I have a 1994 L Reg proton MPI GLS 4 Door Saloon The Front Passanger Window does not work Window Regulator sounds like it is broken is this repairable as i cannot find a spare part anywhere in uk. Window does not wind down or up just drops so had to jimmy it up. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated or repair specialist in the uk. many Thanks in advance
